How to Create a Video Sales Enablement Library That Actually Gets Used

Sales enablement videos are a great idea — in theory. In practice, they sit unused on a hard drive because they're hard to find or irrelevant to the sales rep's current conversation.

We built a library of 22 short objection-handling videos for a complex CRM. Each video was 45–90 seconds, focused on a specific objection or use case. The key was making them searchable by scenario: "Competitor X myth," "ROI calculator walkthrough," "Integration with Salesforce."

New reps who completed the video curriculum hit quota in 2 months instead of 4. The company estimated $1.2M in saved productivity.

Here's the implementation advice: host the videos on an internal LMS with tags and categories. Make them accessible from the CRM. And most importantly, encourage reps to send these videos to prospects as follow-ups. It's not just training — it's a sales tool.
